Financial Leadership Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled finance professional to join our organization as a Senior Finance Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the financial strategy of our company, working closely with senior management to drive business growth.
- Prepare and analyze comprehensive MIS reports in various formats, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Develop and implement financial planning strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes efficiently, ensuring seamless cash flow management.
- Liaise with statutory authorities, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax departments, to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Lead the preparation of Balance Sheets in compliance with IFRS/IGAAP standards, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
- Candidates should have prior experience in audit coordination, preferably with Big 4 firms, and apply advanced knowledge of direct, indirect, and deferred taxation.
- Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
Required Qualifications
- M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA / IPCC / PCC
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail, and hands-on experience with ERP systems.
