Architect - Video and Image Processing Job Description

The successful candidate will lead the development of innovative video and image processing solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge technologies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust algorithms for video and image processing
  • Develop and integrate multi-view, stereo, and depth sensing technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate computer vision, computational photography, and multimedia frameworks
  • Lead the design and implementation of heterogeneous computing systems, including graphical processor units (GPUs) and field-programmable gate arrays (FPGAs)
  • Work on display controllers, display processing, and low-light video and image capture techniques

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Expertise in biometric recognition, augmented reality, virtual reality, and sensor technologies
  • Strong understanding of algorithms, sensor technologies, and hardware accelerators
  • Experience with OpenCV, OpenVX, OpenGL, GPGPU, and codec design
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
