Program Management

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and performance of our associates.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. They will also be proficient in learning management systems and training software.

This is an individual contributor role that requires autonomy and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders. The successful candidate will stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

  • Design and implement effective training programs and materials
  • Oversee onboarding programs for new hires and ongoing development for current employees
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Training Program Design: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that meet business objectives
