Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Expertise

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CLM expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes and a proven track record of working with Icertis modules, including contract types, configuration keys, rules, security/user groups, and master data.

  1. Configure and maintain contract types, templates, and clause libraries within the Icertis platform to ensure seamless integration with business requirements.
  2. Modify and manage configuration keys, business rules, and workflow logic to align with evolving business needs.
  3. Set up and maintain security groups, user groups, and role-based access controls to ensure efficient data management.
  4. Manage and update master data, including suppliers, customers, and product catalogs, to support informed decision-making.
  5. Support P2P integrations and ensure seamless data flow between Icertis and ERP systems.
  6. Create and manage associations between contracts, documents, and related entities to facilitate collaboration.
  7. Execute and monitor bulk actions for mass updates and data corrections to maintain data integrity.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, procurement, IT, and compliance to drive business growth.
  9. Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment phases to ensure successful project execution.
  10. Provide end-user support, training, and documentation to ensure effective onboarding and ongoing support.
