Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow software engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for designing and implementing reliable workflows that meet the evolving needs of our organization.

  • Workflow Design

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop customized workflow solutions using ServiceNow's intuitive platform.

Implementation and Optimization

With your hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, you will implement and optimize Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management workflows to ensure seamless alignment with business objectives.

Troubleshooting and Scripting

Utilizing advanced scripting skills, you will troubleshoot platform issues, resolve defects promptly, and maintain robust REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.

Customization and Enhancement

With your expertise in form customization, API integration, and dashboard/report creation, you will continuously enhance the ServiceNow platform through iterative enhancements, user feedback incorporation, and performance tuning.

Reporting and Analytics

You will design and publish reports and dashboards to support performance tracking and operational transparency, ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Relevant ServiceNow training in ITSM, Discovery, and scripting modules
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
  • Proven track record with ServiceNow ITSM modules and Discovery implementation
  • Experience with form customization, API integration, and dashboard/report creation
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting platform issues and scripting errors
