About this role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Employment Law practice in India. This high-visibility position requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can lead on complex employment law matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on employment and labour law issues, including employment contracts, HR policies, compensation structures, and termination matters.
  • Represent clients before labour authorities, tribunals, and other forums as necessary.
  • Draft and negotiate employment-related documentation and settlement agreements.
  • Stay up-to-date with developments in Indian employment law and contribute to knowledge management initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

  • LL.B. from a reputable Indian law school
  • 7–12 years of post-qualification experience with a top-tier law firm or leading in-house legal department
  • Strong command of Indian labour laws, industrial regulations, and case law developments
  • Excellent legal drafting, research, and analytical skills
