Lead Front End Software Developer

This role is responsible for spearheading the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions in accordance with a release management plan.

  • Partner with Commercialization IT leads and the broader IT organization to develop solution designs, drive digital capabilities, and enhance customer engagement and experience.
  • Collaborate with IT partners and business teams to understand requirements and use cases, improving or aligning requirement outcomes to deliver successful releases for new initiatives and enhancements.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Veeva Vault PromoMats and MedComms development processes, managing the content lifecycle from creation to distribution.
  • Provide coaching and training to Jr Developers, setting training objectives and ensuring knowledge success or certifications.
  • Work with development teammates to contribute towards requirement grooming, documentation, UT test plans, ST, and UAT during releases.
  • Offer hands-on L2/L3 support for applications and dependent apps, assisting with issue tracking, logging, monitoring, and resolution.
  • Design and conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) considering user management, security, data privacy, and performance to prove out potential digital capability solutions.
  • Identify high-value capabilities with clear differentiators when choosing digital capability platforms and opportunities for continuous improvement.
