Job Title: Talent Sourcing Specialist

Candidate Profile:

Qualifications and Experience:

  • We are seeking a qualified individual with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in their respective field.
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in recruitment operations is required.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines are essential skills.
  • The ideal candidate will have advanced level competence in MS Office packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken English are necessary for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent sourcing specialists are responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to our organization.
  • This includes utilizing advanced search techniques on various platforms to source CVs and candidates.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing electronic consultant files, maintaining consultant lists and data, and ensuring compliance with internal and external data privacy regulations.
  • Collaboration with the talent team and divisional partners is crucial to identify each position's requirements and review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates.
