Job Overview

A highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist is needed to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent digital marketing skills, creativity, and strategic thinking.

The key responsibilities include managing ads for performance marketing, creating and optimizing campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI), and innovating new campaign ideas.

  • Manage ads for performance marketing.
  • Create, execute, and optimize campaigns across various channels to maximize ROI.
  • Develop innovative campaign ideas and share them with the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create best-in-class marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with team leads to create and drive strategies with prioritization of initiatives.
  • Continuously track and measure campaign-level, ad-set level, and ad-level performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Drive and track key performance indicators (KPIs) like revenue, conversions, cost per action (CPA), etc., on a daily basis.
  • Stay up-to-date with online marketing trends and best practices.

Required skills:

  • Previous experience running Google and Facebook ads extensively.
  • Managed marketing budgets of high value.
  • At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Experience running ads on lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and interest-based audiences.
