Supply Chain Planner Position

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Planner to oversee the development and maintenance of accurate sales forecasts using historical data and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain reliable sales forecasts through statistical modeling and data analysis techniques.
  • Analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement, utilizing insights gained from metrics and industry benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales and marketing strategies, promoting seamless coordination across departments.
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining high productivity levels.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in supply chain planning and forecasting, preferably in consumer goods, food & beverage, or manufacturing industries.
  • Hands-on expertise in Kinaxis Maestro (highly desirable).
  • Strong background in statistical modeling, data analysis, and mathematical optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems: SAP ECC, S4 Hana, JDE.
  • Strong knowledge of S&OP and S&OE processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with Sales and Marketing teams globally.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
