Cybersecurity Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Email Security Implementation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with email security solutions and a strong understanding of networking concepts.
The role involves deploying and configuring Proofpoint solutions, working closely with clients to understand their security needs, and ensuring successful implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and configure Proofpoint solutions (e.g., Email Protection, TAP, DLP)
- Work with clients to design configurations and ensure successful implementations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email flow, phishing, malware, encryption, and policy enforcement
- Maintain documentation and support handover materials for clients
- Participate in training programs and certifications to gain Proofpoint expertise
Required Skills & Experience:
We require a minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with email security or cybersecurity solutions. Prior experience with tools like Mimecast, Cisco Secure Email, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Symantec/Broadcom, Barracuda, Trend Micro, Fortinet is preferred.
