Key Role: SAP Order to Cash Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill this critical position. As a key team member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional results by analyzing customer issues, designing innovative solutions and facilitating deployment.

You will develop proposals by owning sections of the document and providing input on solution design based on areas of expertise. Additionally, you will plan activities such as configuration, configure products as per design, conduct conference room pilots and assist in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design.

You will also conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates that align with organizational financial guidelines. You will actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high-quality value-added solutions to customers.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience required in SAP SD (especially on configurations and pricing)
  • Basic functional debugging experience (on pricing routines)
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients globally
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Sound knowledge and working experience of SAP Sales and Distribution Modules
  • Strong ability in MS Office applications such as MS Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
