Business Analyst for SAP Order To Cash Systems

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients in their digital transformation journey. The ideal candidate will have experience in SAP Sales and Distribution modules, strong analytical skills, and excellent problem-solving ability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose customer issues, design innovative solutions, and facilitate deployment.
  • Develop proposals by owning parts of the proposal document and giving inputs in solution design.
  • Configure products as per design, conduct conference room pilots, and assist in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design.
  • Conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops, and prepare effort estimates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of related experience in SAP SD (especially on configurations and pricing).
  • Basic functional debugging experience (on pricing routines).
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with a global client base.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Sound knowledge and working experience of SAP Sales and Distribution Modules.
  • Strong ability in MS Office applications such as MS Excel.
