Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop advanced AI models and systems that deliver exceptional user experiences through conversational interfaces.
  • Develop and maintain AI-driven, real-time speech-to-speech conversational agents.
  • Build low-latency, high-impact features that enhance user experiences.
  • Collaborate on defining and tracking success metrics for AI features.

Technical Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with Python or similar languages.
  • Experience building and scaling distributed systems in cloud environments.
  • Proficiency in API design and generative AI frameworks and tools.
  • Hands-on experience with large language models, prompt engineering.
  • Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and production debugging tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Healthcare or financial services industry.
  • Experience building AI voice assistants or conversational agents.
