**Ideal Profile**

  • 20+ years of experience in the Commercial Buildings.
  • Business Development/Executive Leadership experience, ideally in roles such as President, Chief Business Officer (CBO), Chief Information Officer (CIO), or Chief Technology Officer (CTO) where strategic business development and partnerships were key responsibilities.
  • Strong network and relationships with C-suite executives, policymakers, and industry leaders.
  • Proven track record of leadership and strategic influence within the industry.
