Role Summary:
We are seeking an Intern to support our customer experience team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and responding to calls promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and address incoming/outgoing phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Prioritize calls based on urgency and importance
- Redirect calls to the relevant team members as needed
- Deliver exceptional customer service through phone interactions
- Follow up with clients and customers via phone when required
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Gmail
- Able to work in a rotational schedule with working hours from 10 am to 8 pm
