Role Overview:
  • We are looking for a Product Designer (UI/UX Designer) with 2–4 years of experience, preferably from an EdTech background.
  • Candidates from strong design schools are preferred but not mandatory.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive interfaces for our web and mobile platforms.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor benchmarking to define user flows and design decisions.
  • Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
  • Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and evolving user needs.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Key Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer/Product Designer in a digital-first company.
  • Prior experience in EdTech or higher education platforms is highly preferred.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing impactful design work across web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision.
  • Good understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across cross-functional teams.
