Senior Identity and Access Management Specialist

Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced IAM Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing sophisticated IAM solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity Governance, tailored to diverse client environments.
- The IAM Architect will lead strategic assessments, roadmap development, and strategy planning to ensure compliance with international regulations and business requirements.
- They will oversee the configuration, deployment, and integration of IAM platforms such as Entra ID, Saviynt, Veza, CyberArk, Okta, and other leading technologies.
- The role requires strong technical leadership and mentorship skills, fostering skill development and a collaborative team culture.
- The IAM Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Information Security, IT Operations, and Application Development, to achieve seamless IAM integration and operational excellence.
- Support pre-sales initiatives by engaging with prospective clients, contributing to solution architecture, and delivering technical presentations and proposals.
- Develop and maintain thorough technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and operational procedures.
- Assist in incident response and troubleshooting for IAM systems, driving continuous improvement in security operations.
- Stay current with global best practices, emerging IAM technologies, and regulatory frameworks relevant to the market.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years experience in IAM architecture and implementation
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills
- International client-facing experience
- Strong knowledge of IAM platforms and technologies
- Preferred certifications - Saviynt Certified IGA Professional, CISSP, SailPoint - Identity Security Engineer Certification, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
