Job Description

  • Ensure the development of a high-quality questions bank for assessments.
  • Manage large numbers of subject matter experts and work closely with other subject administrators as per project requirements.
  • Track inventory and maintain optimal levels of item availability in assigned non-STEM domains or subjects.
  • Define selection criteria and strategy for subject matter expert management.
  • Monitor subject matter expert performance quality and train and develop SME pools in different domains or subjects.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts for all test development activities.
  • Design tests in subjects of expertise and coordinate with SMEs to finalize test designs in other domains or subjects.
  • Support lead subject administrators in delivering projects and fulfilling other organizational requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Subject competency in school subjects up to 12th level as per NCERT syllabus.
  • Broad understanding of the education system of the country and NCERT/CBSE/Boards.
  • Experience working in the education sector related to assessment and evaluation, including test design/blueprints and question development.
  • Good command over English, both written and spoken.
  • Good command over spoken Hindi.
