Job Description">

We are seeking a seasoned Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing large-scale customer networks, with expertise in WAN, LAN, and WLAN technologies.

  • Design and implement complex network infrastructure for customers.
  • Create and maintain documentation for network implementations, including change approval processes.
  • Provide technical guidance and coaching to other engineers.
  • Lead and assist in defining strategies for delivering complex projects.
  • Manage deliverables on complex customer design and implementation projects.
  • Perform advanced analysis on complex incidents and act as escalation engineer.
  • Provide fourth-level support for operations as part of the incident and problem management process.
  • Develop processes for other engineers to follow in order to successfully deliver solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications">

The following skills and qualifications are required for this role:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Two or more technical certifications at associate or professional levels related to VZ Product portfolio areas.
  • Technical knowledge and experience to Juniper JNCIP or JNCIE level with focus on WAN, LAN, and WLAN.
  • Technical knowledge and experience with Aruba Central, Aruba switches, and Aruba WLAN highly beneficial.
  • Technical knowledge and experience with Mist dashboard and WLAN also highly beneficial.
  • Technical knowledge and experience to Cisco CCNP or CCIE level on WAN and LAN beneficial.
  • Fluent English communication skills both written and verbal, and comprehension essential.
