Lead GenAI Engineer

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our engineering team in the design and development of cutting-edge AI solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing the architecture of our AI Agent platforms, ensuring cost-efficiency and alignment with our overall architectural vision.

The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in architecting and scaling AI Agent platforms with measurable adoption, as well as strong knowledge of RAG pipelines (retrieval optimization, reranking, chunking, knowledge graphs). Additionally, they should have deep experience with conversational AI systems and evaluation frameworks, along with a track record of scaling services to 200K+ MAUs (or equivalent scale).

In this role, the individual will take ownership of product releases, pre-planning and scaling infrastructure accordingly. They will also provide leadership to the engineering team, communicating clear goals, providing constructive feedback, managing, coaching, and supporting engineers. Furthermore, they will maintain high standards of code quality through regular design and code reviews.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in architecting and scaling AI Agent platforms with measurable adoption.
  • Strong knowledge of RAG pipelines (retrieval optimization, reranking, chunking, knowledge graphs).
  • Deep experience with conversational AI systems and evaluation frameworks.
  • Track record of scaling services to 200K+ MAUs (or equivalent scale).
  • 4+ years of engineering experience, with demonstrated leadership in technical decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and design.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in Node.js and modern front-end frameworks (Vue.js/React/Angular) is a plus.
