Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive - Facility & Admin Services (India Supply Unit) to join our team. As a key member of our Business Services team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of building maintenance, including preventative maintenance schedules, repairs, renovations, and upgrades.

You will manage contracts with external vendors for various facility services, such as transport, security, canteen management, housekeeping, and landscape maintenance. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A strong background in facility management and administration, preferably from a factory environment
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Proven experience in facility management and administrative operations
