Customer Engagement Campaign Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Customer Engagement Campaign Specialist to design and implement customer engagement campaigns using the Braze platform. This includes collaborating with marketing, product, and engineering teams to deliver personalized messaging experiences across email, in-app, push, and SMS channels.

Responsibilities include developing, configuring, and maintaining campaigns in Braze using Liquid templating and Canvas, integrating Braze with backend systems via REST APIs, Webhooks, and SDKs, implementing event tracking, user attributes, and audience segmentation, troubleshooting and optimizing message delivery, personalization, and performance, ensuring best practices in user privacy, compliance, and data security, providing technical support and training to internal teams on using Braze, enabling them to leverage the platform effectively, and any other Braze-related IT projects and ad hoc IT tasks.

Requirements
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, mathematics, economics, statistics, or a related field;
  • At least two years of hands-on experience working with the Braze platform;
  • Experience working with Braze SDKs (iOS, Android, or Web);
  • Familiarity with Braze Currents and data streaming to external platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Segment);
  • The ability to work independently in a remote, agile environment;
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
