Job Opportunity: Senior Executive/AM Finance & Accounts

">Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive/AM Finance & Accounts to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, including vendor invoice processing, fixed asset accounting, and tax compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting concepts, TDS, and income tax, as well as experience working with SAP Business One/SAP HANA/ECC/SAP BYD. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Vendor Invoice Processing: The selected candidate will be responsible for checking pending GR/IR accounts in SAP and following up with concerned teams for invoices.

Fixed Asset Accounting: They will create fixed asset codes in SAP and pass capitalization entries. They will also create internal orders for ongoing projects related to plant and machinery and building, and settle internal orders for capitalization of assets in SAP.

Tax Compliance: The candidate will calculate monthly TDS and TCS liability and deposit same. They will also coordinate with CA and arrange for 15 CA & 15 CB for foreign remittances, compute advance tax and deposit same, file TDS and TCS return and issue TDS/TCS certificate to vendors, and assist in tax audit and state audit.

GST: They will have good knowledge of GST RCM, block credit, and input-related provisions.

Month End Closing Support: The selected candidate will assist in month-end closing reporting.

Collaboration and Communication: They will coordinate within the team and with interdepartmental support, possess BCOM/MCOM/MBA/CA Inter qualifications, and have 4-7 years of experience working with SAP Business One/SAP HANA/ECC/SAP BYD, preferably in a FMCG industry.

Additional Requirements: They will have a strong understanding of accounting concepts, TDS, and income tax, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
