Job Title: Video Production Director

We are seeking a skilled Video Production Director to oversee the end-to-end execution of video production projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will lead and manage the full video production lifecycle from intake and planning to filming and post-production delivery. This will involve coordinating with stakeholders, creative teams, and vendors to align objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full video production lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure project success.
  • Oversee pre-production activities, scheduling, resource planning, and risk management.
  • Monitor production schedules to ensure alignment with quality and creative vision.
  • Manage vendor relationships globally.
  • Ensure all outputs comply with brand guidelines.
  • Track and report production budgets in collaboration with Finance.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement best practices to develop scalable production processes.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience in video production management or equivalent roles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous productions across global teams.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable working across cultures.
  • Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management.
