Job Title: Content Producer

The post-production team requires a highly skilled and organized content producer to oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient workflow among crew members. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to guide and mentor team members effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise post-production crew members, including editors, in order to maintain high-quality standards and meet project deadlines.
  • Coordinate quality control processes to ensure creative intent is accurately represented in final products.
  • Update and maintain metadata standards, guaranteeing compliance with industry requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to post-production staff, promoting teamwork and open communication within the team.
  • Oversee the completion of tasks in the final stages of production, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Perform general post-production duties, which may include media ingestion, delivering links to stakeholders, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Estimate scope of work using established methods and lead client-partner relationships from inception to launch by conducting regular meetings, monitoring progress, escalating risks, soliciting feedback, and making modifications as necessary.
  • Effectively manage and motivate your team to achieve cohesive workflows.
Requirements:
  • Media degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Effective negotiation and conflict management skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of related software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
  • Proven track record of managing video content production from conception to delivery.
  • Previous experience managing online editors and freelancers, production budgets, strategic postings, and client relationship development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including copywriting and copy-checking abilities.
  • Possess leadership qualities with the ability to manage a team and assign tasks to members effectively.
