Job Title

The role of a Team Leader in Quantitative Trading entails providing technical leadership and infrastructure architecture to drive the end-to-end development of the trading platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of the trading platform, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability through strategic planning and project execution.
  • Design and implement backend infrastructure for real-time algorithmic trading and large-scale data processing using agile methodologies.
  • Architect and optimize deployment pipelines and CI/CD workflows for efficient code integration and seamless collaboration.
  • Introduce best practices for performance tuning, system reliability, and monitoring to ensure continuous improvement and exceptional results.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to system downtime, data loss, or security breaches with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on problem-solving.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in leading cross-functional teams and architecting scalable systems. Strong knowledge of programming languages, algorithms, and data structures is essential for success in this role.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, with at least 5 years of experience in quantitative trading or a related field. Proficiency in tools such as Python, Java, or C++ is necessary, along with experience with Linux, Git, and Agile methodologies.

Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment and driving business outcomes.
