Plant Operations Manager

Job Summary:
The Plant Supervisor role is a key position within our organization, responsible for overseeing plant operations and ensuring seamless coordination with subordinate work activities. Effective management principles and practices are essential for success in this position.
We seek a candidate with a strong background in engineering, preferably with a Diploma Holder in Engineering and NCTVT or equivalent from a reputable institution. A minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a shift In charge / Supervisory position is also required.
This position involves various responsibilities, including data analysis, instrumentation, sensor management, electrical testing, and plant operation. Proficiency in computer knowledge and operational awareness of DCS, PLC is preferred.
