Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled architect to lead the integration of enterprise asset management systems with SaaS platforms.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data modeling, hands-on experience with API frameworks, and strong architectural design skills.

  • Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of integrations between enterprise systems and SaaS products.
  • Define data mapping patterns and frameworks leveraging APIs, services, and middleware where required.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance integration solutions.
  • Map business processes and data models to SaaS workflows (Work Orders, Assets, Inventory, Procurement, etc.).
  • Establish data governance, authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, SAML, API Keys), and data synchronization strategies.
  • Guide the development team on best practices for API utilization and error handling.
  • Conduct technical workshops to validate requirements and deliver technical design documents.
  • Provide performance optimization, troubleshooting, and ongoing support for integrations.
  • Stay updated on industry roadmaps, API capabilities, and related technologies (IoT, AI/ML).

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years focused on enterprise system architecture and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of data models, business processes, and API frameworks.
  • Proven expertise in designing and consuming APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with API frameworks in past projects.
  • Experience with API management tools (Apigee, Kong, MuleSoft).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and SaaS integration models.
  • Knowledge of mobile application integrations.
  • Proficiency in JSON, XML, and scripting languages.
  • Experience with security protocols (OAuth2, JWT, SSL/TLS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable architectures.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SAP integration alongside Maximo.
  • Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
  • Prior work in enterprise asset management (EAM), field mobility, or industrial IoT solutions.
