This role focuses on implementing scalable ERP solutions for customers. As a seasoned NetSuite Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for evaluating customer requirements and mapping them to relevant NetSuite functionalities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate client needs and develop detailed solution designs that align with their business objectives.
  • Lead clients throughout the implementation and post-go-live phases, ensuring seamless integration of the chosen ERP solution.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of ERP delivery, including design, testing, validation, deployment, and user training.

Apart from strong functional knowledge of business processes and excellent problem-solving skills, this position requires hands-on experience in NetSuite ERP configuration.

The ideal candidate should possess a passion for delivering high-quality solutions and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in NetSuite ERP implementation and functional consulting.
  • Proven expertise in:
    • Initial system setup and configuration
    • Data migration planning and execution
    • Master and transactional data setup
    • ERP cut-over and go-live planning
  • Proficiency in configuring:
    • Company setup, chart of accounts, tax nexus, multi-subsidiary & multi-currency setups
    • Vendor payment methods, banking, inventory, and sales modules
  • Functional knowledge of:
    • Sales & Distribution, Pricing, Forecasting
    • Procurement, BOM, Production Planning
    • Inventory & Stock Management, QA, Returns Management
    • Financial Reporting, GL, P&L, Balance Sheet impacts
  • Experience with:
    • NetSuite saved searches, workflows, and reports
    • Basic scripting and customization (custom records, fields, forms)
    • Integration with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), HRMS, and Payroll systems
    • Strong experience in testing methodologies and preparing UAT criteria
