Product Development Director

Oversee the design, development and integration of complex systems from concept to production. Ensure performance, durability and manufacturability.

About the Role:
  • Drive end-to-end product development including design, prototyping, testing and validation.
  • Lead technical decision-making defining system architecture and guiding technical excellence.
  • Foster a culture of innovation by guiding rapid prototyping efforts, encouraging new ideas and exploring emerging technologies.
Requirements:
  • Multidisciplinary background in electronics, embedded systems and mechanical design.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills for cross-disciplinary coordination, reporting and documentation.
  • Experience with project planning, resource management and decision-making.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for solving complex R&D challenges.

Additional responsibilities include evaluating and improving designs, schematics, PCB layouts, enclosure models and firmware structures for technical quality and compliance.

A strong leader with excellent technical expertise is required to drive this role forward.
