Job Title: Site Civil Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team as a Site Civil Engineer.

  • This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing civil engineering projects from site marking to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Monitor site work on a daily basis, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to project timelines.
  • Material Procurement: Manage material procurement based on Bill of Quantities (BOQ), ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring smooth project execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Civil Engineering Expertise: Possess expertise in Civil Engineering Design and construction, with a strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Demonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork skills, working effectively with other engineers, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Showcase excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Project Management: Possess experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing tasks.
  • Construction Site Management: Have knowledge of construction site management practices, including regulatory compliance and safety protocols.
  • Education: Hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering or a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Licensure: Possess a Professional Engineer (PE) license, if applicable.
