Senior Public Relations Specialist

As a Public Relations specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communications programs that drive results. These programs will aim to position our clients positively in the market, foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ultimately contribute to the growth and success of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Demonstrate a deep understanding of client businesses, industries, and competitors to develop strategic communications programs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain clear communication with the account team.
- Oversee the quality implementation of communications programs within time and budget constraints.
- Manage client relationships and serve as their key advisor, counselor, and strategic thinker.
- Maintain effective decision-making skills, using available information and making timely decisions under tight deadlines.
- Develop strong written and verbal communication skills, including materials such as Q&A, key messages, and press releases.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with journalists and media members to optimize channels.
- Support senior managers in resolving client issues and concerns.
- Contribute to the development of media strategies and respond to media queries in a timely and effective manner.
- Stay updated on social media trends and analytical tools to make informed recommendations.
- Coach and mentor junior team members to help them grow within the organization.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Public Relations, preferably in Pharma, Health & Wellness Practice.
- A degree in Communications or a related field is required.
