Job Title: AI Innovation Specialist

Job Description:

Our organization seeks a highly skilled AI Innovation Specialist to drive the development and deployment of machine learning models. This individual will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing scalable AI solutions that cater to real-world applications.

The key responsibilities include developing and optimizing end-to-end AI pipelines using PySpark and MLflow, processing structured and unstructured data with Pandas, NumPy, and other libraries, training, evaluating, and fine-tuning models using scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, integrating and experimenting with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Hugging Face Transformers), collaborating with cross-functional teams to monitor and improve model performance for accuracy, scalability, and reliability, ensuring reproducibility and version control of AI experiments using MLflow.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong programming expertise in Python
  • Solid understanding of AI algorithms and model evaluation techniques
  • Experience with PySpark for big data processing
  • Proficiency with MLflow for model lifecycle management
  • Strong hands-on experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn
  • Familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers)
  • Knowledge of AIops principles and deployment best practices
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields
  • Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work in cross-functional teams
