Job Title: Global View Lead Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Global View Lead Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Delivery: Implement client solutions using ADP's Implementation Methodology and the ADP GlobalView product.
  • Blueprinting Workshops: Perform workshops to gather information on client requirements.
  • Design and Documentation: Design and document client solutions, including business requirements and program specifications.
  • Issue Resolution: Take ownership of issues & gaps between client requirements and ADP GV templates, working with other GV streams/areas to resolve them.
  • Clients Support: Liaise with clients throughout data cleansing, mapping, and conversion phases, providing assistance as required.
  • Training Coordination: Coordinate training delivery with Global Education Services, updating training manuals and conducting sessions as needed.
  • Testing Support: Provide sample test scripts for clients to adequately test solutions.
  • User Acceptance: Support clients through User Acceptance, Parallel Testing, and Go-Live phases.
  • Project Management: Ensure timely completion of project deliverables, such as blueprints, specifications, BP reviews, configuration audits, and configuration documentation.
  • Client Handover: Ensure timely handover to client services following ADP handover methodology.

Requirements:

  • HR and Payroll Knowledge: Possess high-level knowledge of HR and payroll functions, delivering maximum value to clients.
  • SAP Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP products, related news, and developments.
  • GlobalView Template Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the ADP GlobalView template, ensuring adherence to standards.
  • Liaison with Product Manager: Liaise with the Product Manager to provide feedback on the template and understand future product direction/changes.
  • Non-Standard Changes: Assist in designing non-standard changes to the ADP GlobalView template, liaising with Project teams and Product Manager.
