Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team at Wilco Source. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying complex software systems on the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of large-scale Salesforce projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutions, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain complex Salesforce configurations, including workflows, reports, and process builders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Salesforce.
  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
  • 2+ years of experience using Copado for code deployment.
  • 1+ year of experience in Apttus Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
  • Direct experience working on CRM projects for middle market or enterprise-sized companies.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented design patterns and development.
  • Programming experience with Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Triggers, LWC, Lightning, and Visualforce.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Qualifications:
  • BS in Computer Science or related technical field.
  • Certifications such as Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II preferred.
