Developing Master Data Management solutions requires a unique blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and collaboration with stakeholders. As a Talend Developer, you will design, develop, and implement MDM solutions using Talend tools to ensure the accuracy and consistency of master data.

Your key responsibilities will include creating and managing ETL processes to integrate data from various sources into the MDM system. You will also implement data quality rules and processes to identify and resolve issues related to data integration and MDM processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in data management and integration, with at least 2 years using Talend MDM.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Talend Data Fabric, SQL, and scripting languages like Python or Bash.
  • Database Knowledge: Experience with databases such as Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
