Job Summary:

We are looking for a Data Integration Specialist to support our growing data integration team. In this role, you will gain a deep understanding of the various data integrations MProfit has built for financial institutions and contribute to the creation of new integrations using our in-house templating language. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with diverse financial data formats and build hands-on experience in data transformation and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and interpret data specifications from various financial institutions.
  • Create and maintain data integration templates using MProfit's in-house templating language.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the Data Integration team to ensure accurate testing and validation of integrations.
  • Analyze sample data files (e.g., CSV, Excel, PDF, etc.) to identify structure, patterns, and mapping requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and refine integration templates to resolve issues related to data formatting or logic.
  • Document integration logic, template configurations, and file format guidelines.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to prioritize and deliver integration requests.
  • Continuously improve integration efficiency and accuracy through feedback and iteration.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (BCA), B.Sc. in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Candidates should have an interest in working with data and basic programming logic, but not be seeking a full-time software development role.
  • Academic Performance: Strong academic background, particularly in Mathematics
  • Technical Acumen: Good understanding of technical skills related to data handling
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical Ability: High performance in Excel and logical reasoning assessments
  • Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience
