Job Title: Data Integration Specialist

Job Description:

The primary function of this role is to manage and lead a team of testers in ETL data warehouse and BI testing projects.

  • Develop comprehensive test strategies and quality assurance frameworks to ensure the highest standards of data integrity.
  • Establish and maintain testing standards, methodologies, and best practices that drive consistency and efficiency across all project teams.
  • Oversee test planning, estimation, and resource allocation to meet project timelines and deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in software testing with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong expertise in data warehouse ETL and BI testing methodologies and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks and strategies to optimize testing processes.
