**Job Description**

 

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist who will work on system patches, security fixes, OS/DB/Kubernetes upgrades, and other periodic maintenance tasks. You will be responsible for provisioning new infrastructure on multiple clouds like AWS and IBM, helping customers resolve issues via call or cases on a daily basis, and possessing solid troubleshooting skills.

 

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

 

To succeed in this role, you must have expertise in Redhat Openshift Cluster Administration, AWS Cloud, Site Reliability Engineering, Ansible, Redhat/Other Linux, scripting experience (Shell/Python), end-to-end Troubleshooting skills, and end-to-end environment provisioning. Additionally, you should have experience handling multiple maintenance tasks like Product upgrades and knowledge of IBM Maximo Product.

 

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**

 

Prior experience with Kubernetes Administration on AWS cloud, Google cloud, Azure Cloud, Terraform or Cloudformation, automation, working with customers over the phone for technical issue resolution, and knowledge of IBM DB2 database is highly valued.
