Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our community development initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive baseline assessment of underprivileged communities, identifying campaign issues, and implementing key interventions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience working with NGOs, and a passion for driving sustainable poverty alleviation through education, livelihood, health, and environmental support.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires regular visits to the community, collaboration with NGO partners, and close coordination with HCLTech employees.

The successful candidate will develop high-quality project models that showcase holistic development and ensure effective utilization of funds.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct comprehensive baseline assessments of underprivileged communities
  2. Identify campaign issues and implement key interventions
  3. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring effective utilization of funds
  4. Maintain strong relationships with NGO partners and HCLTech employees
  5. Monitor and evaluate project progress, providing quarterly and annual reports
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in community development or a related field
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Experience working with NGOs and community-based organizations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
