Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a comprehensive baseline of identified underprivileged communities and campaign issues.
  • Implement key interventions, engaging with partner NGOs and employees to achieve sustainable poverty alleviation through investments in relevant mainstream education, livelihood, health, and environment support to deprived communities.
  • Mobilize communities to engage in their own development, including regular visits, working hand-in-hand with NGO partners and employees, including weekends.
  • Develop the project into a high-quality model of urban development showcasing holistic development by mainstreaming displaced, migrated, and underserved populations.
  • Ensure timely flow and effective utilization of funds by closely working with NGO partners.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and manage information systems for the project, including quarterly and annual reports.
  • Engage employees in realizing their immediate social responsibility and contributing to the project.

Additional Responsibilities:

  1. Provide regular coordination support for day-to-day functions to partner NGOs.
  2. Coordinate with volunteers and maintain a database of volunteer activities across projects.
  3. Maintain a pictorial database of activities, events, and functions.
  4. Conduct floor walks with business teams.
