As a seasoned executive, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the execution of external audit engagements for various clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage large-scale, medium-sized multi-location assignments with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Identify business opportunities and expand the client base by growing current portfolios strategically.
  • Prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments simultaneously, and manage ambiguity effectively to deliver results.
  • Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve high-quality work standards.
  • Assist with career development and ensure proper deployment of staff to meet business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and adapt to changing environments proactively.
  • Meet challenging client requirements and provide exceptional service through proactive communication.
  • Travel willingness and ability to travel extensively across the globe.
  • Hands-on experience in supporting international audit engagements with global teams is essential.
  • Ability to work with shared service centers and complex multi-location business environments is required.

Strong coordination skills are necessary for working with international teams across time zones. A deep understanding of our quality and risk management procedures is also crucial.
