Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused professional to provide exceptional service to our clients via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Korean, ensuring high-quality service.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and transaction-related support.
  • Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues while maintaining professionalism.
  • Process customer transactions, orders, and requests efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow established procedures to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Stay updated on product/service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Korean (spoken & written)
  • Prior experience in customer service, call center, or BPO is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
  • Good typing speed and proficiency in handling email, chat, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with customer support software.
