We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused professional to provide exceptional service to our clients via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Korean, ensuring high-quality service.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and transaction-related support.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues while maintaining professionalism.
- Process customer transactions, orders, and requests efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow established procedures to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Stay updated on product/service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluent in Korean (spoken & written)
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, or BPO is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
- Good typing speed and proficiency in handling email, chat, and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with customer support software.
