Role Description

Hind Terminals Private Limited seeks skilled Graduate Trainees to join our operations team and gain hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain management.

This role is ideal for recent graduates proficient in MS Office, data analytics, and presentations who are eager to learn on-ground operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations at Container Freight Stations (CFS) and depots, supporting the team in coordinating cargo movements, container handling, and warehouse management.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze operational data from CFS and depots to support decision-making, preparing regular reports and performance dashboards using data analytics tools.
  • Use MS Excel to manage operational data, perform calculations, and generate data insights, creating professional PowerPoint presentations to present findings and operational updates to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • MS Office expertise, including proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze operational data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare and present reports on depot and CFS operations to internal teams and stakeholders.
