Job Overview

As a seasoned professional with 2+ years of experience in retail or fashion, preferably in bridal or high-end designer wear, you will be responsible for overseeing daily boutique operations, ensuring a seamless and luxury customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Manage the day-to-day activities of the boutique, maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow that meets customer expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of stylists and support staff, providing training, scheduling, and performance monitoring to ensure optimal productivity and morale.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales by engaging clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized styling advice that exceeds their expectations.
  • Customer Service: Handle client appointments, measurements, fittings, and follow-ups with precision and care, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock checks, ordering, and display management to optimize visual merchandising and minimize waste.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with design, production, and marketing teams to ensure timely order updates and seasonal collection launches.
  • Store Aesthetics: Maintain store appearance in line with the brand's premium image, adhering to design standards and ensuring an inviting atmosphere for customers.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping duties, ensuring accurate financial records and timely payments.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet monthly sales targets and report performance metrics to management, providing insights for future growth and improvement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 Years of Retail/Fashion Experience: Proven track record in retail or fashion, preferably in bridal or high-end designer wear.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Leadership and Team Management Abilities: Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing teams, training staff, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational skills, enabling you to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Tech-Savviness and Basic Knowledge of POS Systems and MS Office: Familiarity with basic software applications, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and additional languages such as Telugu/Hindi is a plus.
