Territory Sales Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Specialist to drive the sales and promotion of pain management products and orthopedic braces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Promotion & Sales: Actively influence and sell pain management products and orthopedic braces to healthcare professionals, including doctors, hospitals, pharmacists, and other relevant professionals.
  • Appointment Management: Efficiently schedule appointments with healthcare professionals to promote Flamingo products.
  • Product Expertise & Market Feedback: Develop an in-depth understanding of pain management through the usage of Flamingo support products. Consistently update feedback from the market for product development, contributing to product improvements.
  • Healthcare Professional Network Building: Strategically build a list of healthcare professionals with potential interest in pain management support products for their patients.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain good business relationships with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Repeat Order Management: Diligently follow up with customers for repeat orders, ensuring continuous sales flow.
  • Competitive Analysis: Maintain a close eye on competitors' products and market performances to identify opportunities and challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, particularly in pain management or orthopedics.
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory.

Prioritize building long-term relationships with customers and delivering exceptional customer service.

Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to drive sales growth.
