**Job Title:** Machine Operations Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment.

Your primary focus will be on operating and monitoring machinery used in nutraceutical manufacturing according to standard operating procedures. You will also be responsible for configuring, calibrating, and adjusting machines for accurate and efficient production.

To ensure maximum productivity and minimize downtime, you will perform routine equipment checks and maintain product quality standards during machine operations in line with good manufacturing practices.

You will record machine operating data, production outputs, and downtime logs accurately, and escalate any equipment malfunctions or abnormalities promptly.

In addition, you will support preventive and corrective maintenance activities in coordination with the engineering team, and maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment following good hygiene practices and safety standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of machine operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of food safety, quality control, and hygienic practices.
  • Familiarity with GMP, GHP, HACCP, and regulatory guidelines.
  • The ability to conduct and document in-process checks accurately.
  • A high level of attention to detail, ownership, and adherence to SOPs.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with supervisors, QA, and maintenance teams.
