The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, preferably an LLB from a top/reputed law school, and additional qualifications such as LLM or CS would be a plus. With 15-16 years of post-qualification experience in a corporate legal role, preferably within the automotive, industrial, manufacturing, or infrastructure sectors, you will bring extensive experience in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and compliance. Your ability to think strategically, align legal strategies with business objectives, and manage complex legal matters will be invaluable assets.
