
Financial Services Representative

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Insurance Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and selling insurance products to clients through various channels.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Work closely with Relationship Managers (RMs) to drive the sales of insurance products.
- Promote and sell insurance products to existing and potential customers through RMs mapped to you.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall targets with self and team.
- Develop new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
Client Consultation:
- Assess clients' insurance needs and provide suitable recommendations.
- Explain insurance policies and coverage options to clients clearly and effectively.
- Assist clients with the application process and ensure proper documentation.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients regarding their insurance policies.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns related to insurance products.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all insurance transactions comply with company regulations and policies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions in the system.
- Stay updated with changes in insurance laws and regulations.
Training and Development:
- Participate in ongoing training programs to stay current with industry trends and product knowledge.
- Share best practices and knowledge with team members to improve overall performance.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the banking or insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years 'experience in life insurance sector.
Functional Competencies:
- Full-time position, typically within standard office hours.
- May require occasional travel outside the present location to meet clients or attend training sessions.
